Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the basic design concept of Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. Your role will involve studying the concept of design built drawing and critical study in terms of value engineering, techno-commercial aspects, maintenance, Electricity act, and NBC. Key Responsibilities: - Study the BOQ, Tender, and provide comments on the same for Vendor finalization. - Manage vendors from kick-off meeting till handover of the project, including day-to-day management, resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirements. - Resolve all site issues amicably by involving and coordinating all stakeholders at the site, such as Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, quality team, etc. - Communicate effectively with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC & MPCB as and when required. - Focus on cost-effective solutions, innovative thinking, and digital acumen. - Demonstrate motivation to grow in the organization, share knowledge with colleagues, and have a dedicated intention to bring subordinates to higher levels. - Ability to perform independent billing and audit. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Electrical design concepts and related technologies. - Experience in managing vendors and coordinating with various stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills to interact with different parties. - Ability to think innovatively and focus on cost-effective solutions. - Motivated to grow within the organization and share knowledge with colleagues.,
