Role Description

full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  cost estimates and material take-offs

  for MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting in line with project specifications.
• Coordinate with

  vendors and suppliers

  to obtain pricing, evaluate quotes, and ensure best-value procurement.
• Support the

  procurement team

  in vendor finalization, PO preparation, and material delivery planning.
• Monitor

  project budgets, cost variations, and scope changes

  , recommending corrective actions where required.
• Identify

  cost-saving and value engineering opportunities

  without compromising quality or compliance.
• Ensure all procured materials meet

  industry standards, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks

• Maintain proper

  documentation, cost reports, and procurement records

• Conduct

  market research

  to stay updated on MEP materials, pricing trends, and alternative solutions.
