MEP Estimation Engineer

As an Estimation Engineer at our company in Ahmedabad, your role will involve preparing complete cost estimations for MEP elements, including material, labor, equipment, and resources. You will need to analyze tender documents, prepare tender study reports, BOQ, and quantities take off. Your responsibilities will also include implementing tender strategies, liaising with construction teams, preparing technical clarifications, analyzing vendor offers, and participating in pre-tender meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Study tender documents, drawings, and project specifications thoroughly - Prepare tender study reports and BOQ - Coordinate with procurement team and subcontractors for competitive quotations - Implement tender strategies as per instructions - Establish resources required for execution and prepare man hour calculations - Analyze vendor offers and prepare comparative statements - Assist in post-tender technical and commercial clarifications - Coordinate post-tender commercial negotiations with clients and vendors - Assist project and procurement teams after project award Desired Candidate Profile: - 5 years of experience in Tendering/Estimation - 2 years of site experience - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with MEP Experience If you meet the desired qualifications and experience, please send your updated CV to [email protected] along with the following details: a.
