MEP Estimation Engineer

You will be responsible for handling Estimation inquiries and leads in the MEP field, particularly in Fire and Plumbing. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP, you will be required to manage sales inquiries from clients, send out RFQs and inquiries to vendors for quotes, and prepare BOQ, Cost Estimations, and submit quotations to clients. It is essential to possess knowledge of various materials and their respective costing, as well as the ability to conduct site surveys and comprehend work scopes. Reading drawings and tender documents, as well as addressing technical and commercial queries, are crucial aspects of the role. You will also be expected to participate in techno-commercial negotiations. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
