MEP Costing Engineer

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems).
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare BOQs and cost breakdowns for bidding & procurement.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in negotiations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost accuracy and value engineering.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in MEP estimation/costing.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and costing software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
