Role Purpose:

Take charge as a senior leader driving the execution and quality assurance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting) works. In this pivotal position, you will be accountable for both the technical and operational excellence of complex projects, ensuring complete adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the seamless execution of all site-based MEP works, ensuring timely, quality-driven delivery in alignment with project objectives.
• Scrutinize and interpret design drawings, actively coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct rigorous inspections, implement robust quality checks (QC), and proactively resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Supervise and guide the testing, commissioning, and statutory compliance of all MEP systems, guaranteeing top-tier safety and operational standards.
• Generate clear, actionable progress reports (daily/weekly) to drive project transparency and accountability.
• Mentor, train, and empower junior engineers and supervisory staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Skills & Competencies:

• Extensive hands-on expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• In-depth knowledge of IS codes, NBC, safety protocols, and QC processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in site coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in site execution and quality assurance of MEP works.
• Prior TPQI (Third-Party Quality Inspection) exposure is especially valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
