Key Responsibilities
Conduct prospect research on individuals, corporations, and foundations using online databases, public records, and social media.
Assist in analyzing wealth indicators, philanthropic interests, and giving capacity to identify potential major donors.
Help maintain and update donor/prospect records in the CRM (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy.
Support the team in preparing profiles, briefings, and reports for fundraising staff and leadership.
Collaborate on data cleanup projects and contribute to process improvements.
Assist with tracking fundraising pipelines and prospect management systems.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about prospect development best practices.
