Role Highlights

Prepare, review, and manage MEP contracts, work orders, and tender documents.
Ensure accurate BOQs, rate analysis, and cost control for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Negotiate terms with contractors and vendors for optimal pricing and timelines.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes effectively.

What Were Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
12–18 years of experience in
MEP contracts management
for real estate or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, and contract administration for MEP works.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.
