Coordinate MEP services to avoid clashes between electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and interior finishes.
Supervise installation and execution of MEP systems on-site as per approved drawings.
Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot site issues and discrepancies during execution.
Ensure timely release of shop drawings, approvals, and revisions.
Collaborate with interior designers, architects, structural engineers, and project managers for smooth integration.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for MEP material procurement and installation.
Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings with design
teams before site execution.
Ensure all MEP works follow national building codes, IS standards, and local statutory requirements.
Implement safety measures during installation (earthing, fire alarms, emergency exits, ventilation standards).
Obtain necessary approvals from authorities (fire department, electrical load sanction, water supply).
Oversee testing and commissioning of all MEP systems (electrical panels, HVAC units, pumps, fire alarms, sprinklers, etc.).
Prepare and submit as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test reports.
Train facility/maintenance teams for proper operation and upkeep.
Maintain and update drawings, BOQs, approval records, and project logs.
Submit weekly reports on MEP progress, issues, and material requirements.
Track budget vs actual costs for MEP works.
