Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  walk-in inquiries

  , leads, and follow-ups for gym memberships
• Perform

  cold calling

  to prospective clients and explain FitClub services and offers
• Convert leads into active members and achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct gym tours and confidently pitch memberships and fitness programs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth onboarding
• Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in

  sales (gym/fitness preferred)

• Strong

  communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with

  cold calling and lead generation

• Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
