Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and support-related issues.
Upsell products and services where applicable (if the process involves sales).
Ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to call quality standards and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved queries to relevant departments as per process guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
Prior experience in a BPO/voice process is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

B.Com, B.B.A, B.A

any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
