  support for medico-legal cases handled by US-based legal teams and physicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management:

  Schedule and manage medico-legal appointments (consultations, depositions, court appearances, etc.).

• Email Coordination:

  Draft, respond to, and manage communications with clients and legal teams.

• Scheduling & Rescheduling:

  Update schedules, manage cancellations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Administrative Support:

  Handle documentation, follow up on case progress, and respond to inquiries.

• Compliance & Confidentiality:

  Maintain ethical handling of confidential medical/legal information.

• Client Communication:

  Communicate professionally with US-based clients.

• Resource Allocation Support:

  Coordinate internal capacity to ensure timely service delivery.

Eligibility

• Any degree discipline with

  basic medical understanding

• Strong English

  (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Fresh graduates (2022 / 2023 / 2024)
