Medical Representative

As a Sales Representative for our ISO 9001:2015 certified organization specializing in healthcare, wellness, and skincare products, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, chemists, and distributors. You will be tasked with generating business by effectively communicating and implementing marketing strategies to generate prescriptions from doctors. Your duties will include confidently presenting our company's products to doctors, assessing client needs, providing product information, and delivering product samples. It will be essential for you to ensure the availability of stocks with chemists and distributors, monitor and analyze market conditions to identify competitive advantages, and stay up to date with the latest medical data through continuous learning and professional development. Attending industry events and conferences to network and keep abreast of industry trends will be part of your role, along with maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Achieving sales targets and quotas, identifying market potential, and establishing new accounts to meet sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals will be crucial for success in this position. You will also be responsible for approving and critiquing promotional programs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development. Developing and executing account-specific marketing and sales programs, recording sales and order information, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring client retention and customer base growth will be key aspects of your role. Handling sales queries from existing customers, addressing feedback and complaints, and resolving issues with the ASM/RSM will also fall under your purview.
