Job Description

Responsibilities: Product promotion and sales: Present and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, within a designated geographical territory. Relationship management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals to encourage product prescriptions and usage. Product education: Provide detailed product information to healthcare providers, including usage, dosage, composition, benefits, and potential side effects. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Market research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Reporting and documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, expenses, and market data using CRM software. Organize and attend events: Arrange and attend medical workshops, conferences, and seminars to raise product awareness and educate medical staff. Distribute product samples: Provide free samples of products to doctors to encourage trial and confidence in the company's offerings. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.  Qualifications and skills : Education: A bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field is typically required. Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly pharmaceutical or medical sales, is often preferred. Communication and presentation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining complex medical information clearly. Sales and negotiation skills: The ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals with healthcare institutions is crucial. Product knowledge: In-depth knowledge of medical products, their uses, and clinical data is fundamental. Time management: Strong organizational and planning skills to manage a demanding schedule of visits, meetings, and reporting. Resilience and persistence: The ability to handle rejection and remain self-motivated in a competitive industry. Commercial awareness: A good understanding of market dynamics and business principles within the healthcare sector. Mobility: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within an assigned territory
