Purpose: To ensure identification, acquisition and development of clients for Television business.
This will involve scouting and getting new clients on board, servicing, retaining, growing existing clients.
Upsell through innovations, impact, digital.
o Acquisition of new clients along with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
o Ensure 100% market coverage in assigned region with generating new prospects along with
servicing existing clients.
o Handling Client and Agency relationship business
o Ensuring growth/expansion of existing accounts
o Upsell different opportunities available for business
o Being compliant with organizational processes as well as partner requirements

Essential
o Knowledge of the television Media landscape.
o Existing relationships with clients & media agencies at all levels Skills

o Understanding of categories & segments within media industry

o Consultative selling technique. At a basic level, asking the right questions
o Good presentation skills, should be effectively able to showcase the platform features
o Should have analytical skills
o Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
o Communication skills, both written and verbal

o A quick learner, curious & enthusiastic
o Results driven and having a strong bias for action
o Highly ambitious
o Resilient and able to deal with pressure
o Should demonstrate interpersonal skills when dealing with superiors, peers and clients

The Individual: (Education and Experience)
Essential
o A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
o Overall experience of 6-8 Years. Should have worked in Television Media Sales for minimum
2-3 year.
Desirable
o A Post graduate degree or diploma in management.
