Respected Candidates Hope all are doing well We need a candidates for the position of Media Marketing Manager for one of our Skincare Manufacturing Organizatin whic is part of Nykaa Exp:- Minimum 8 years Location:- Kolkata Salary:- Upto 20 LPA Job Title: Media Marketing- Manager Key Responsibilities: Awareness & Media Spends: 1) Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness across multiple channels Meta, google campaigns. 2) Manage and optimize media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Performance Marketing Optimization: 1) Analyze performance data to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness. 2) Utilize A/B testing and other methods to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Content Strategy & Reporting: 1) Create and oversee a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals. 2) Prepare detailed reports on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Integrated Marketing Planning & Coordination: 1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns. 2) Plan and coordinate integrated marketing initiatives that align with overall business strategy. Geo X Spends: 1) Manage geo-targeted advertising efforts to maximize local market engagement and growth. 2) Analyze regional performance metrics to optimize spending and marketing effectiveness. CRM Strategy: 1) Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. 2) Oversee the management of customer data and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts. Ad hoc Media & Strategic Projects: 1) Lead special projects and initiatives that require strategic marketing insights and execution. 2) Collaborate with external partners and agencies for campaign execution and media buying. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2. 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and media management. 3. Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization. 4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
