Media and Motion Graphics designer

Job Summary

• Edit and assemble video footage, integrating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to create compelling content. Creative Concept Development
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual styles in collaboration with creative and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and campaigns. 2D/3D Animations
• Create 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling. Visual Effects
• Apply transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics to produce polished, high-impact videos. Collaborative Work
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure the final video aligns with branding, messaging, and audience needs. Content Optimization
• Edit and optimize video content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and ad campaigns, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios. Creative Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics to improve content quality continuously. Tools and Software Requirements
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• 3D Software: Knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred but not required).
• Audio Editing Software: Familiarity with Adobe Audition or similar tools for audio synchronization.
• Video Editing Software: Experience with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, InShot, KineMaster, VivaVideo, or similar editing apps.
• Collaboration Tools: Experience using project management tools like Trello, Slack, or Asana.
• Additional Tools: Knowledge of Figma or Sketch for UI-related animations (preferred but not required). Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing animation, storytelling, and video editing.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and multimedia content creation.
• Skills: ○ Strong attention to detail and time management skills. ○ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ○ Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications
• Sound Design & Color Correction: Experience in sound design, compositing, and color correction.
• Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with social media video formats, specifications, and trends.
