Supervise, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day mechanical works on site. Read, interpret, and execute mechanical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (piping, HVAC, equipment, etc.). Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review. Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines. Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment required for execution. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. Liaise with consultants, clients, and other engineering disciplines for smooth execution. Support in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with site safety and environmental policies. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in construction / industrial projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, fabrication, and erection works. Familiar with project management tools, safety standards, and quality control. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
