Mechanical Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer Company Name: R.S. Enterprises Location: G1-2 Ricco industrial area, Buhana road Singhana, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan - 333516 Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for industrial equipment such as Weigh Feeders, Belt Conveyors, Packing Machines, Silos, Chimneys, and other plant machinery. Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and GA plans to ensure accurate implementation at client sites. Prepare technical service reports, maintenance logs, and performance feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the design and production teams for layout verification and modification in AutoCAD. Ensure timely service delivery and maintain strong communication with customers for technical support and satisfaction. Maintain a high level of professional behavior, grooming, and interpersonal communication while representing the company on client sites. Perform preventive maintenance checks and ensure equipment reliability and safety standards. Handle travelling assignments across various project locations for site supervision and after-sales service. Maintain a proven record of service excellence and contribute to improving service efficiency and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Competencies: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong understanding of industrial equipment and mechanical systems Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel extensively Problem-solving and analytical approach Prior experience in Sales or Customer Support will be an advantage.
