Conduct routine preventive maintenance and attend emergency breakdown calls. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using technical tools and diagnostic skills. Prepare service reports, checklists, and documentation after each site visit. Provide technical support and training to clients regarding equipment usage and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with the internal project, design, and procurement teams for smooth execution. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE during on-site activities. Maintain tools, instruments, and service kits in working condition. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in service/maintenance/commissioning roles. Knowledge of electrical panels, Bag Packing Machine, Weigh Feeder, Silo, HVAC systems, or industrial machinery. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel to client locations (local & outstation).
