Mechanical Manager

Job Title Sr. Manager - Mechanical Position Summary To provide Subject Matter Expertise on Mechanical equipment and systems like –Air compressors, air dryers, Pumps – liquid handling pumps, Vacuum pumps, tanks , fans and associated systems etc. Responsibilities ● Design and work on mechanical equipment like air compressors, Air dryers, tanks, pumps and associated systems like HSDsystem, compressed air system, cooling water system, etc. ● System integration: Collaborate with electrical, chemical, and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with various semiconductor processes. Ensure that mechanical systems interface effectively with existing production equipment ● Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems. ● Work closely with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project development. ● Prepare and work technical drawings, and documentation to communicate designs and processes clearly. ● Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards ● participate in project meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders ● Candidate must have knowledge about technicality of the systems like hydraulic calculation, duty parameters, Material of construction, selection of equipment, datasheets and drawings review, FAT/ SAT,BIM ● contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices ● Ensure timely availability of GFC drawings & technical documents ● Candidate must have experience in semiconductor/pharma/FMCG projects ● Strong customer orientation and the ability to build relationships. ● High Integrity & Work Ethics ● High commercial acumen. ● Strong inter-personal skills Experience& Education Experience: 12-14 years Education: B.Tech/B.E Mechanica Interested candidates put your resume to lizaranibehera900@gmail.com/ 7855909737 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: 14years : 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
