Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead maintenance strategy including TPM, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
Oversee maintenance of molding machines, assembly machines, conveyors, and utilities.
Budget planning for maintenance, spare parts, and capital expenditure.
Perform root-cause analysis for repetitive failures using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram.
Monitor equipment performance and prepare monthly maintenance MIS reports.
Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities.
Drive improvements in machine efficiency and energy consumption.
Train maintenance staff in troubleshooting and SOP adherence.

Preferred candidate profile

Maintenance planning and control.
Troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Strong analytical and team leadership skills.
