The Mechanical Manager will oversee the operations and maintenance of mechanical systems and ensure the implementation of best practices across teams. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating mechanical engineering activities, handling Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, supervising project executions, and ensuring efficiency and safety standards. The role will also involve leading and mentoring a team of professionals to achieve project objectives. Qualifications Technical proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems Strong Team Management and Project Management skills Experience and knowledge in Plumbing systems and related mechanical components Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Effective leadership and communication skills to manage and guide team members Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required Previous experience in the steel or power industry would be an advantage
