You’ll specifically take care of creating 3D models, mechanical layouts, and design deliverables like BoMs and assembly drawings, but also manage design gaps and support retrofit activities for mechanical components.
We’ll look to you for:
Executing mechanical fitting and tubing tasks aligned with Alstom’s QMS and technical standards
Delivering design outputs that meet QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and DFQ (Design for Quality) requirements
Integrating cross-functional requirements into mechanical designs
Managing design activities using project-specific planning tools and timelines
Organising and leading design reviews
Driving innovation and continuous improvement in mechanical design practices

Proficiency in PDM, DMA, CATIA, and PLM tools
