Job Summary
Conceptual designing and development of Aircraft/Rail interior products using CAD Tool. Provide technical assistance to team and ensure timely delivery of program/project with FTR commitment. Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with Lead engineer to Interact with the client and understand project requirements
Expertise in designing and manufacturing of Aerospace components
Conceptual designs and Design developments using 3D CAD Tool
Engineering drawing creation and review
Using Problem solving techniques effectively to mitigate the risk/Issues
Resolve Project queries with frequent interactions with the client
Monitor quality issues in the team and take necessary corrective and preventive actions
Mark up reviews, identifying errors and taking necessary actions on process improvements
Coordinating with Quality team for understanding quality issues and taking appropriate actions
Review the team's working practices and drive continuous improvements for productivity and

quality enhancement

Provide continuous support to Project focal & Team members for any issues
Liaison with all internal project stakeholders for smooth project execution
Ensure that the project deliverables meet as per the schedule with FTR commitment
Presenting designs to managers and clients
Writing reports and documentation for product designs

Experience

Should have 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Working experience in aerospace cabin interiors engineering

Working experience in aerospace composites, and materials
Should be an Expert in SolidWorks Part Design/Assembly/Sheet Metal/Surfaces/Drafting modules
Should be an Expert in 2D drafting, 3D Modelling and have exposure on any PLM environment
Hands on experience on design modification through Engineering change request/ Engineering

change order / Design change note

Hands on experience on Concept and Detail design of Machined/ Sheet metal/ Plastic

components/composite parts

Should have hands on experience in coordinating with international clients
Exposure to deal with assembly/sub-assembly with at least 200-250 parts
Exposure and understanding on OEM design procedures and systems
Should be Quality Conscious & self-driven and Flexible to learn new technologies
Ability to work proactively and independently for assigned work packages.
Should have good technical knowledge about industry standard for Design and drafting practices
Ability to thrive in a cross functional and cross cultural work environment.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other common PC applications.

Qualification & Special Requirement
M.Tech / B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering
