Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mechanical design of EV components and assemblies using
SolidWorks
and
AutoCAD
.
Guide the team through the complete product development cycle—from concept to prototyping to production.
Develop and review
3D models
,
2D drawings
,
BOMs
, and
tolerance stack-ups
.
Collaborate with electrical, electronics, and testing teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards
,
quality regulations
, and
DFM/DFA
principles.
Mentor junior design engineers and provide technical leadership in project planning and execution.
Contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts in design and manufacturing.
Manage documentation, change control, and engineering release processes.
