Primary Responsibility: The Mechanic Sales Representative (MSR) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with mechanics, workshops, and service providers to promote and sell automotive parts, tools, and services. The MSR serves as the key liaison between the company and its end users, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: 1- Promote and sell Sam Piston products to mechanics, retailers, and other customers 2- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers 3- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base 4- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers 5- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets 6- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives Requirements: 1- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry 2- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4- Knowledge of piston products and mechanics is desirable 5- Strong negotiation and sales skills Company Description Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
