About the Role

The MDM Manager will lead the regional MDM team to ensure Right-First-Time master data quality, process optimization, and organizational agility. The role involves strategic leadership, process harmonization, and continuous improvement across data management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Regional MDM Team, ensuring quality master data across domains.
• Partner with Site Activity Experts to deliver timely MD creation for projects.
• Drive process harmonization, simplification, and automation across markets.
• Monitor activities, manage capacities, and prioritize tasks to maintain SLAs.
• Identify and address data quality improvement areas through KPIs and metrics.
• Represent the MDM function in regional/global projects and data forums.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge existing processes.
• Collaborate globally to standardize workflows and deploy modern MDM solutions.
• Promote a culture of learning, growth, and leadership development within the team.

Must-Have Skills

✅ 10+ years of experience in MDM / Data Management (leadership capacity)

✅ Proven people management and team leadership experience

✅ Expertise in data quality management, process design, and governance frameworks

✅ Strong experience with MDM tools, systems, and automation workflows

✅ Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

✅ Proven track record of continuous improvement in data operations

✅ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

✅ Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to global MDM platforms
• Familiarity with Mars or FMCG domain processes
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
