Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

MDM Manager

with hands-on expertise in

SAP MDG, data management, and data governance

. The manager will oversee master data initiatives, act as a

domain SME

, and ensure efficient business processes, governance, and high-quality data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
MDM initiatives
and ensure the implementation of governance policies, workflows, and data quality standards.
Serve as the
SME
for a specific domain or segment (eg, Product Petcare, Customer, Vendor, Finance).
Oversee
data management processes
and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize
complex business processes
.
Mentor and guide
data stewards and analysts
, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability of master data.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with
SAP MDG
(Master Data Governance).
Strong expertise in
data management, data governance, and workflow management
.
Deep understanding of a specific
domain or segment
to act as a subject matter expert.
Proven ability to implement
complex yet efficient business processes
.
Strong
leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
