Job Title: MD DNB Pulmonologist - Chest Medicine Location: Bathinda, Punjab, India Work Mode: On-site Role Responsibilities Conductin thorough patient assessments and medical histories. Diagnosing and treating various respiratory disorders. Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Performing procedures such as bronchoscopy and spirometry. Collaboration with primary care doctors and other specialists. Supervising and training junior medical staff. Staying updated with the latest advancements in pulmonology. Participating in clinical research and trials. Maintaining accurate patient documentation and electronic health records. Providing education and support to patients and their families about lung health. Managing chronic respiratory diseases and complications. Responding swiftly to emergencies and critical care situations. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitoring and assessing the results of treatments. Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to policy formation. Qualifications MD or DNB in Pulmonology from a recognized institution. State medical license to practice in Punjab. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of respiratory diseases and their management. Proficiency in performing respiratory procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Commitment to continuous professional development. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software. Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.
