Role Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in general medicine. Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations. Diagnose various medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Monitor and manage chronic diseases and comorbidities. Perform medical procedures as required. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMR systems. Educate patients about their health conditions and treatment options. Stay updated on advancements in general medicine practices and protocols. Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings. Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff. Engage in community health initiatives and outreach programs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Deliver patient-centered care by addressing patient concerns and preferences. Support a culture of quality improvement within the organization. Qualifications MD in General Medicine or equivalent degree. DNB certification in General Medicine preferred. Valid medical license to practice in India. Extensive knowledge of internal medicine. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Strong diagnostic and treatment skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in using EMR systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development. Ability to handle multiple patients and prioritize effectively. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Experience in mentoring medical staff is a plus.
