As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a qualified Mch Plastic Surgeon Consultant to join our dedicated team in Bathinda, Punjab. Role Responsibilities Perform advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures. Consult with patients to understand their needs and establish suitable treatment plans. Conduct pre-operative assessments to evaluate patient health and suitability for surgery. Manage and oversee patient care throughout the surgical process. Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Lead surgical teams and ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards. Monitor post-operative patients and address complications or concerns. Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on surgical techniques. Provide guidance on pre-operative and post-operative care. Document all surgeries and patient interactions accurately in medical records. Participate in hospital committees and contribute to clinical audits. Educate staff and medical students on plastic surgery practices. Develop treatment protocols and ensure they are followed effectively. Maintain high patient satisfaction through compassionate and respectful care. Promote a positive environment within the healthcare team and hospital. Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS) and completion of Mch in Plastic Surgery. Active medical license to practice in India. Proven experience as a plastic surgeon, preferably in a hospital setting. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning. Familiarity with surgical instruments and technologies. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Experience mentoring junior surgeons or medical staff is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures. Willingness to participate in research and professional development. Compassionate approach to patient care. Strong time management and organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar consultant role is preferred.
