Job Title: Marketing Executive / Manager (Experienced)
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (with frequent travel to Uttarakhand)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services in UP and Uttarakhand markets.
• Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across industrial and institutional sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, pricing, and client servicing.
• Achieve sales and marketing targets within specified timelines.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.
• Travel to Uttarakhand for business development, client interaction, and project support as required.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• MBA in Marketing (full-time preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial marketing, B2B sales, or project-based business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare marketing plans, reports, and forecasts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to fieldwork/travel.
• Willingness to travel extensively to Uttarakhand as part of the role.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to engineering/industrial products, EPC projects, or technical sales.
• Experience in client acquisition, institutional sales, or government projects.
• Familiarity with the Uttarakhand industrial market will be an added plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
