Your role involves understanding the market, branding, acquisition techniques, and conducting PV ratio analysis. If you are passionate about technology and have the necessary skills to contribute to a start-up environment, we welcome your application. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve planned targets, aligned with the organization's overall sales strategy. - Identify new customers and opportunities for add-on services to expand business with existing customer base. - Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to meet budgeted quantities in alternate applications. - Prepare action plans to drive business development in assigned areas. - Build strong relationships with customers through frequent visits and understanding their specific needs. - Manage vendors and supply chain effectively. - Possess technical knowledge regarding standards like BSI/BIS, as well as understanding of methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and TQM. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates with MBA from a reputed college. - Freshers are welcome to apply, with a minimum requirement of first-class grades throughout graduate and MBA programs.
