As a Proposal Manager at HanuAI Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to create compelling proposals and pitches for business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. - Managing the entire proposal lifecycle, from scope understanding to finalization and submission. - Collaborating with customers to devise effective business solutions and presenting proposals alongside the sales team. - Coordinating with the tech team to clarify scope for estimation and track customer milestones. - Addressing client concerns, escalating issues as needed for customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling. - Collecting customer feedback and communicating it to internal teams for product or service improvements. - Ensuring smooth contract renewal processes and supporting retention efforts. Key Requirements: - MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution. - Freshers with relevant skills or internship experience are welcome. - 2 years of relevant experience in marketing. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and financial analysis. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
