This is a full-time hybrid role for an MBA Intern based in Tamil Nadu, India, with the opportunity for partial remote work.


Role Overview

Daimlinc

You will work closely with our leadership team on outreach, lead identification, and communication with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers. You will receive full access to tools, training, resources, and proven outreach strategies to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify potential clients for

    staffing, HR outsourcing, and digital marketing solutions

    across multiple regions.
  • Run structured outreach campaigns through

    LinkedIn, email, and other channels

    .
  • Set up qualified meetings for the Daimlinc sales and strategy team.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with business owners, HR leaders, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain and update lead lists, CRM entries, and outreach trackers.
  • Assist in refining outreach messaging, proposals, and pitch strategies.
  • Represent Daimlinc with clarity, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confidence in speaking with clients in India and internationally (Australia preferred).
  • Good interpersonal skills and comfort in reaching out to new prospects daily.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
  • Interest in

    business development, recruitment, digital marketing, and client relations

    .
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply feedback.
  • No prior experience required—

    attitude, effort, and willingness to learn matter the most.
