WordPress & WooCommerce Developer

This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work remotely after onboarding, and an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse mix of eCommerce websites, custom WordPress builds, and ongoing client projects.

You’ll collaborate with a creative team of designers, marketers, and developers who are passionate about building high-performing websites that not only look great but also drive measurable results for clients.

Pay range: 3.5LPA

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining WordPress & WooCommerce websites – from setup and theme customization to plugin integration and performance optimization.
• Building custom themes and plugins tailored to client requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on client websites (WordPress & WooCommerce).
• Collaborating with designers to translate mockups (Figma, XD, or Photoshop) into responsive, functional websites.
• Ensuring websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and secure.
• Managing site migrations, updates, and backups.
• Working on integrations with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM tools.

Skills we’re looking for:

• 2-4years of strong hands-on experience with

  WordPress & WooCommerce development

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and MySQL

  .
• Experience creating and customizing

  themes and plugins

  .
• Understanding of website performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on eCommerce optimization (checkout flows, conversion improvements, custom WooCommerce extensions).

Soft skills that matter:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with designers and marketers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to stay updated on the latest WordPress trends and technologies.
