Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.We are looking for a skilled
Material Engineer
to work on carbon capture projects at Mumbai Location, including FEED & detailed engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Check and review bid documents
- Prepare and review Piping Material Specifications
- Prepare and review datasheets for valves and special parts
- Perform calculations for pipe wall thickness, branch reinforcement, vacuum, specialty line blanks, etc
- Prepare technical supply documents for piping items, including valves
- Prepare Piping Material Requisitions
- Conduct technical evaluations of vendor offers and prepare technical bid analysis reports for piping valves and special parts
- Check and review vendor documents and drawings for piping valves and special parts
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and engineers from other disciplines
- Estimate Insulation and Painting Bill of Materials
- Prepare Piping MTO and Inch Dia/Inch Metre reports
Knowledge/skills required:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other related branches of engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a reputed engineering company dealing with the Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Offshore Oil and Gas Industry
- Conversant with international codes and standards such as ASTM, API, ASME, and EN
- Strong knowledge of piping design principles, industry standards, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with AVEVA ERM will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Analytical and systematic in your work approach
- A good problem solver
