Job Description

You will be responsible for managing marketing automation, outbound campaigns, and pipeline generation using tools like HubSpot and Zoho CRM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and optimizing HubSpot and Zoho CRM/MarTech stack for outbound campaigns. - Designing and executing multi-channel lead-gen campaigns (email, social, paid, events). - Managing lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows. - Collaborating with Product Marketing to translate GTM strategy into campaigns. - Monitoring funnel metrics (MQL SQL Pipeline) and continuously improving performance. - Introducing A/B testing and reporting to maximize ROI. - Training and mentoring junior team members in Martech best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation. - Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Zoho (certifications a plus). - Strong understanding of outbound marketing, campaign automation, and analytics. - Track record of achieving pipeline targets and driving revenue. - Experience with healthcare SaaS preferred. - Willingness to work in US shifts.
