About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Unity Engineer (WebGL / LMS Platform) to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience in Unity, WebGL integration, and SDK development, along with the ability to lead, mentor, and solve complex engineering challenges.Youll play a key role in building and scaling our next-generation Learning Management System (LMS) - an immersive 3D learning platform that merges Unity and web technologies seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Unity - WebGL integrations for 3D learning environments.
Design, build, and maintain SDKs and reusable Unity modules.
Collaborate with full-stack engineers to ensure smooth integration between Unity and web applications.
Guide and mentor developers in solving complex performance and rendering issues.
Architect LMS features following industry standards such as SCORM/xAPI and LRI methodologies.
Optimize WebGL builds for performance, scalability, and security across browsers and devices.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver reliable, high-quality experiences.

Requirements

6 - 10 years of professional experience in Unity3D development.
Strong understanding of WebGL deployment, optimization, and integration.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and related web technologies.
Experience building SDKs or developer tools.
Hands-on experience integrating 3D assets, models, and scenes for browser environments.
Understanding of LMS systems, xAPI, SCORM, or learning analytics frameworks.
Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure or AWS for hosting WebGL builds and backend services.
Familiarity with React/Next.js or Blazor for embedding 3D experiences into web apps.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Git-based workflows.
Background in EdTech platforms or interactive training simulations.
