Marketplace Manager

Job title: Sr. Executive – Marketplace (Amazon Ads & Sales Expert)

Key Responsibilities

- Amazon Ads Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ACoS, RoAS targets, and campaign performance daily.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to boost ad effectiveness.

-Sales Growth & Strategy

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, boost rankings, and increase brand visibility.
• Analyze ASIN-level performance, conversions, CTR, and customer behavior trends.
• Design and manage pricing strategies, deals, and promotions to maximize revenue.

-Listing Optimization

• Collaborate with the catalog team to ensure SEO-friendly listings with relevant keywords, compelling titles, and accurate bullet points.
• Regularly audit and enhance product pages, A+ content, and imagery for better engagement.

- Analytics & Reporting

• Utilize Amazon Brand Analytics, Ads Console, and third-party tools to extract insights.
• Deliver detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with clear, actionable takeaways.
• Track KPIs like sales trends, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion rates to guide decisions.

-Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with content, design, and inventory teams for campaign readiness.
• Work alongside finance and operations teams to ensure forecasts align with performance and profitability goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
