About the Role

Marketplace Growth Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon Growth

  • Own the Amazon P&L

    – revenue, ROI, and profitability.
  • Optimize product listings (SEO, content, reviews, ratings, A+ content).
  • Manage AMS/advertising budgets with focus on ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.
  • Drive ranking and visibility through keyword optimization and promotions.
  • Track buy box %, pricing, competition benchmarking, and inventory health.
  • Quick Commerce Growth

  • Build and scale partnerships across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and others

    .
  • Ensure high fill rates, on-time availability, and pricing hygiene.
  • Create and execute platform-specific growth campaigns (hero SKUs, bundles, exclusive launches).
  • Analyze demand patterns and optimize assortment and replenishment cycles.
  • Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with supply chain for inventory planning and order fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with design and marketing for content and brand visibility on platforms.
  • Ensure smooth execution of promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily dashboards for sales, inventory, ACOS, visibility, and campaign ROI.

  • Run competitive analysis across categories and price bands.
  • Share insights and growth strategies with founders and leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of

    marketplace growth experience

    (Amazon + quick commerce).
  • Proven track record in managing

    Amazon P&L, AMS campaigns, and listing optimization

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    quick commerce ecosystem

    and consumer behavior.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on comfort in dashboards, data, and metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with ops, supply chain, and marketing.
