About the Role

Marketplace Associate

The role requires someone who understands marketplace operations, listing optimisation, compliance requirements, and structured process execution. Customer support will be part of the role, but the primary focus will be on marketplace operations, listing accuracy, workflow ownership, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Listing Optimization

• Create, update, and optimise product listings (content, images, pricing).
• Ensure listings meet marketplace compliance and policy guidelines.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressions, and approvals.

Operational Support & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, logistics, returns, and replacements.
• Track marketplace performance metrics and highlight recurring issues.

Customer Support (Secondary Scope)

• Respond to customer messages through marketplace dashboards professionally and within SLA timelines.
• Use translation tools when necessary to support communication in German.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Assist with competitive research, price tracking, and product performance analysis.
• Maintain organised documentation and reporting for workflow transparency and process improvement.

Requirements

✔ Previous experience managing marketplace operations (Temu Experience Preferred).

✔ Understanding of marketplace policies, compliance rules, and content quality standards

✔ Strong communication skills in English; German language ability is a plus.

✔ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with marketplace dashboards.

✔ Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet platform-specific deadlines.

✔ Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
