1. Collaborate with campaign managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives, timelines, and requirements.
2. Assist in the setup, testing, and execution of marketing campaigns in Marketo (including email, webinar, nurture, and event campaigns).
3. Perform thorough quality assurance checks on campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, tokens, and personalization snippets.
4. Validate that emails render correctly across multiple browsers, devices, and email clients; identify and troubleshoot rendering and formatting issues.
5. Ensure all assets adhere to Fiserv and Clover brand guidelines and follow best practices for deliverability and compliance.
6. Test and resolve HTML/CSS and coding issues related to email templates and other digital assets within Marketo.
7. Support the creation and management of Marketo programs, ensuring consistent performance and campaign integrity.
8. Review campaign components for accuracy in content, links, dynamic elements, and imagery.
9. Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying gaps and making recommendations related to QA workflows and marketing automation.
10. Experience with project management tools like Adobe Workfront to interpret campaign briefs and ensure accurate asset builds.
11. Hands-on experience in creating smart lists, applying suppression rules, and managing segmentation based on business requirements.
12. Familiarity with testing and validating Preference Center, Subscription Center, and Opt-Out functionalities within Marketo.
13. Adherence to standard naming conventions, folder structures, and documentation practices
14. Awareness of lead database integrity, and ability to identify and escalate data sync or segmentation anomalies that may impact campaign performance.
1. 2–4 years of experience working with Marketo in a QA, campaign operations, or marketing automation role.
2. Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
3. Experience with QA testing tools and techniques for digital assets across devices and platforms.
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email rendering nuances.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to provide clear, constructive feedback to stakeholders.
