Job Description We are looking for a Lead - Process and Program Excellence in Channel Sales with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and passion for continuous improvement and learning. This role requires a rare combination: a high-energy, data-obsessed leader who can define big-picture growth strategy—and also roll up their sleeves to execute it. You’ll lead global growth initiatives across markets, rapidly acquire customers, expand reach, and drive revenue. You’ll build and manage a marketing engine that delivers scalable results, combining the speed of a startup with the precision of a performance-led GTM team. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Define and execute a unified global growth strategy spanning digital marketing, content, ABM, partnerships, and event channels. Own and drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets globally, with full accountability for CAC and conversion metrics. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across Content, Product Marketing, Digital, and Growth Ops. Deliver world-class demand generation and conversion-focused campaigns using data, experimentation, and automation. Deeply collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, feedback loops, and GTM outcomes. Use analytics to continuously optimise performance, shorten sales cycles, and reinforce product-market fit across regions. Drive brand positioning and category leadership for our portfolio companies, particularly HumanFirewall.io. Generate high-intent leads across international markets, using intent-based campaigns and targeted outreach. Collaborate with Product to influence roadmaps based on regional insights and customer feedback. Evaluate, onboard, and manage external agencies or tech partners to scale execution. What You Bring Skills Proven success leading Marketing team for SaaS or cybersecurity products, ideally from startup to scale (50 to 300+ team size). Deep expertise in Saas marketing, performance channels, conversion optimisation, and funnel analytics. Highly proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, SQL, etc.). Strategic thinking, balanced with tactical execution, can zoom out to set vision and zoom in to get things shipped. Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional storytelling and brand positioning capability, especially in competitive B2B markets. Experience in cybersecurity is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. What will you do? Oversee the tracking of customer campaign deployment plans for Email and SMS. Adapt and apply the delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers. Establish and maintain project communications and schedules. Identify and manages project issues and resolution. Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria. Liaison between the marketers and the execution team. Day-to-Day point of contact for projects, for both internal and client stakeholders. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Analyze the campaign requests, brief, and oversee work with internal and external stakeholders & ensure timely and quality delivery. Ability to comprehend problems and articulate solutions in a way that is wholly aligned with the business strategy and easy to understand for clients. What will you need? 6+ years of overall experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in email/SMS marketing and other channel deployment or campaign management. Excellent English written, and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively, and efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization and onshore stakeholders. Should have good knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation. Should have prior work experience with US/UK/APAC/EMEA clients in similar domain. Knowledge on email marketing/data base marketing Tool Proficient in reporting and analyzing campaign performance. Strong project management skills. Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Proven ability to manage and multi-task per assigned timelines in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent relationship building skills. Should be an excellent team player. Working expertise with Windows OS, MS Excel, and MS Word is required. Prior experience working on Marketing Automation and Cross Channel Campaign management software like UNICA, SFMC, MARKETO, SAS or SAP CRM will be a huge plus.
