The Opportunity
Join Adobe as a Marketing Specialist in Bangalore and be part of our mission to build world-class digital experiences! This role is uniquely positioned to drive qualified traffic and improve digital performance. You will have the chance to work with an exceptionally dedicated team and utilize your skills in SEM, SEO, and web optimization to make a significant impact.
What You'll Do
- Plan, complete, and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to support SEO strategy.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and backlinks.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve landing page performance, site structure, and load speed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on critical metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, bounce rate, and page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to drive measurable improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in search and digital marketing.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM and SEO.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and HTML basics is a plus.
- Strong analytical approach and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
