Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Professional to lead marketing initiatives across our art services, corporate gifting solutions, and printing job work. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, B2B marketing, and product promotion. You’ll play a vital role in growing our client base and promoting customized gifting and branding solutions for corporate clients. 1. Marketing Strategy & Business Development Develop marketing plans targeting corporate clients for gifting solutions, print services, and creative branding. Identify and approach potential business clients across industries for customized corporate gifting and print-based solutions. Design lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies through online and offline channels. 2. Corporate Gifting Promotion Manage and market a wide range of customized gifting products, including eco-friendly gifts, personalized items, festive hampers, and branded merchandise. Work with procurement and design teams to source and customize products as per client branding guidelines. Present gifting catalogues, product mockups, and pricing proposals to clients. 3. Digital & Traditional Marketing Create digital campaigns for gifting and printing services through Google Ads, Meta Ads, emailers, and LinkedIn marketing. Design brochures, social media content, and product showcases. Organize exhibitions, pop-up stalls, and client gifting previews during festive seasons and corporate events. 4. Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, admin heads, and purchase departments. Ensure timely communication, quotation submission, and order follow-up. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, corporate gifting, printing services, or B2B sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Understanding of branding, packaging, and promotional products. Familiarity with CRM tools, Canva, and digital marketing platforms is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of seasonal gifting trends and corporate procurement behavior. Creative thinking and eye for detail in product selection and customization. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tight deadlines.
