Job Title : Marketing Specialist (Branding Assistant)

This is a wonderful opportunity for a marketing self-starter to be part of a rapidly growing construction organization. The Branding Assistant will support Branding team (US based customer) in delivering and executing branding and marketing activities across the company. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing who is excited to learn the ropes and take the next step in their career in one of the most dynamic and quickly growing industries. This position requires great attention to detail, incredibly strong graphic design skills, organizational and communication skills and the desire to learn and grow.

Job Responsibilities

Pursuits

·       Update boilerplate templates

·       Create new resumes and picture layouts

·       Convert InDesign files to newer templates (design transformation)

·       Production work to keep pursuit templates and folder structures clean and organized

Design & Creative

·       Create internal screensavers for birthdays, promotions, anniversaries and other company news

·       Update recurring slide deck content & presentations: company onboarding deck, recruiting event slide show, client meet & greet deck

·       Create standard project signage 

Administrative Support

·       Conduct research on behalf of the organization (MSA client spreadsheet, etc…)

·       Consolidate client lists, clean up data and manage large excel files.

Experience & Qualifications:

·       Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills required

·       Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

·       Expert knowledge in Adobe InDesign

·       Familiar with design platforms such as InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva, etc. 

·       Preferred experience in the commercial real estate industry, architecture, engineering, construction, or a professional services firm
