Role Description

This is a Freelancer role for a Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts. Additional daily tasks include managing customer service interactions, crafting communication materials, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and promote brand awareness.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills for effective customer interactions and internal communications
Experience in Market Research for gathering and analyzing market data
Proven Sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets
Expertise in developing and implementing Marketing Strategy
Excellent Customer Service skills to manage client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
