Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns focused on

  post-tension components

  rebar couplers

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product development teams to create targeted marketing content

  brochures, datasheets, presentations, and digital media

  .
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including

  SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media for targeted construction audiences

  .
• Prepare

  case studies, technical articles, and product application notes

  for industry publications.
• Support sales teams with

  technical presentations, trade shows, and customer engagement

  programs.
• Maintain and

  enhance brand visibility

  across regional and global markets.
• Track and analyze

  marketing performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline

  .
• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience in marketing construction materials

  (preferably post-tensioning and rebar coupler products).
• Strong understanding of

  construction materials, structural systems, and project execution processes

  .
• Proven experience in

  B2B industrial marketing

  within the construction or engineering domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in

  digital marketing tools

  (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and market trends.
